By purchasing or using any theme or template from NoiceThemes (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before completing a purchase.

1. Licence

Each theme purchase grants you a personal or commercial licence to use the theme in one end project (a website you own or build for a client). You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the theme files themselves.

For multi-site or agency usage, please contact us to discuss an extended licence.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use our themes to:

Build products that directly compete with NoiceThemes (i.e. reselling or repackaging our themes as your own)
Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or defamatory content
Violate the intellectual property rights of third parties

All other personal and commercial uses are permitted.

3. Refunds

4. Support

Purchasing a theme entitles you to support for setup, configuration, and bug fixes. Support is provided via email at [email protected] and through our Discord community.

We do not provide custom development services as part of theme support, but are happy to point you in the right direction.

5. Updates

Theme updates are provided free of charge for the lifetime of the product. We cannot guarantee updates will be available indefinitely, but we commit to maintaining active themes for a minimum of two years from their release date.

6. Intellectual Property

All themes, designs, and code sold by NoiceThemes remain our intellectual property. Your licence grants you the right to use and modify them for your projects, not to claim authorship of the original work.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our themes are provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damages — including loss of revenue or data — arising from the use or inability to use our products beyond the amount you paid for the theme.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of purchased themes after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
