We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If a theme doesn’t work out, here’s what you need to know.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All theme purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order number or purchase receipt
• A brief note about why the theme didn’t meet your needs (optional, but it helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, the funds may take an additional 3–7 days to appear in your account.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Purchases made more than 14 days ago
• Requests where the theme files have been used in a live commercial project and the theme has provided value
• Requests that appear to be attempting to exploit the refund policy (e.g. purchasing, downloading, and immediately refunding repeatedly)
