When you make a purchase: Your purchase is processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We receive your name, email address, and country of residence so we can deliver your purchase and provide support. We do not store your payment card details.
When you contact us: If you send us a message via our contact form or email, we store the message and your email address to respond to you.
When you visit the site: We use a self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics (analytics.noicelab.de) to understand how visitors use the site. Plausible collects no personal data, uses no cookies, and is fully GDPR compliant. We see aggregated traffic data only — no individual user tracking.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver theme files and licence keys after a purchase
- To respond to support requests and enquiries
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, download links)
- To understand which pages and themes are most popular (via Plausible)
We do not sell your data, send marketing emails without consent, or share your information with third parties beyond what is necessary to process your purchase.
Cookies
NoiceThemes does not set any tracking or analytics cookies. Our payment provider may set a session cookie during checkout; this is strictly necessary for the transaction to complete.
Data Retention
We retain purchase records (name, email, order details) for as long as required to honour licences and process refund requests. If you’d like your data deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove your records within 30 days, subject to any legal obligation to retain transaction data.
